Absolutely not. Our services are 100% free for all job seekers. Our goal is to advocate for your career and connect you with the best property management companies, at zero cost to you.

We believe in rewarding your hard work promptly. Penn Apartment Staffing pays on a weekly basis (our work week is Monday through Sunday). Timesheets are due every Friday, and no later than 10:00 AM on Monday. You can choose the convenience of direct deposit, or pick up a physical check. (Note: Your first paycheck will always be a live check).
Your path to permanent placement is faster than you might think. A typical temporary-to-hire assignment requires a 200-hour probationary period. Once you complete those hours, you are fully eligible to be brought on directly by the property!
Your career satisfaction is our priority. If you feel a property isn’t the right culture fit for you, call your staffing manager immediately. We strive to find you a position that makes you happy, and we will work to reassign you to a community that better aligns with your goals.
Yes! We want to set you up for success. We provide access to several online training courses, including Fair Housing training, to ensure you are confident and prepared for your role.

Yes. Unlike general staffing agencies that try to be everything to everyone, our exclusive focus is the multi-family housing industry. This deep specialization allows us to rigorously vet candidates for the exact skills your properties require.
We understand that property needs can change quickly. There is no penalty for calling our office to cancel an order in advance. However, if a Penn employee has already arrived at your property to fill an open order and is turned away, there is a standard 4-hour minimum pay/bill policy to ensure our workers are fairly compensated for their time.
